• 学生 must follow the regular admissions, advising and registration process. 一次 accepted to the College, eligibility for the program will be considered.
• 学生 are required to have the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file. It usually takes about 20 minutes, and you will also be considered for federal, state and institutional financial 援助 funding. Any grants or scholarships awarded will be applied prior to the awarding of the Advancing Montco 学费 Assistance 项目资助.
• 学生 must have a FAFSA-calculated Expected Family Contribution (EFC) between $0 - $14,999 and have completed all financial 援助 requirements.
• The grant will apply to tuition only – individuals will be responsible for all additional costs such as fees, books, and course materials.
• Montgomery County, PA residency is required.
• You may be eligible to receive additional credit for previous work or military experience 通过PLA (Prior Learning Assessment).

Awarding Process

• If you have not already done so, complete the College's application.
• If you have not filed a FAFSA, review 下一个步骤 and complete the application to ensure the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is on file.
  • Registered students in eligible programs who have a FAFSA on file and a balance after tuition minus any scholarship, grants, and other gift 援助 will automatically be considered until all funds have been utilized.
• If you are awarded the Advancing Montco 学费 Assistance 项目资助, it will be applied directly to your bill by the Bursar’s Office.
